ClientCatch End User License Agreement (“EULA”)

By using ClientCatch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms herein, do not download, install, or use ClientCatch.

Legally Binding

This End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and LawCatch, a Virginia company (“LawCatch”), the owner of the ClientCatch platform (“ClientCatch”). By installing or using ClientCatch, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

Effective Date

This EULA becomes effective on the date you first download or use the ClientCatch software, whether or not you install the software.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, LawCatch grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClientCatch. User is prohibited from sharing any license keys with anyone else without express written permission from LawCatch.

Intended Use and Restrictions

The User agrees to use ClientCatch solely for its intended purpose and agrees not to use it for any unlawful activity or engage in reverse engineering of the software.

Related Agreements

This EULA incorporates the terms of our Privacy Policy, available at https://briefcatch.com/privacy-policy. Enterprise customers are also bound by the Terms and Conditions of that agreement, where applicable, available at https://briefcatch.com/master-terms.

Copyright Infringement

The User understands that ClientCatch and its components are protected by copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws. LawCatch retains all rights, title, and interest in and to ClientCatch, all supporting and related documentation and materials, and upgrades. If the User commits copyright infringement while using ClientCatch, LawCatch reserves the right to take legal action and seek all remedies, financial or otherwise, available under the law.

Termination

LawCatch reserves the right to revoke this license if it deems that the User has violated any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using ClientCatch.

Warranty Disclaimer

ClientCatch is provided “as is” without any warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LawCatch does not warrant that the Software will perform without error or that it will run without immaterial interruption.

No Legal Advice

ClientCatch generates suggested text based on user input and in no way provides legal advice. Nor does using ClientCatch in any way create an attorney-client relationship. We do not guarantee that any output provided is correct, complete, or current. In using the product, you agree not to hold us liable for any loss or damage arising from any person’s use of – or  reliance on – the tool’s output or on your adaptation or transformation of that output.

ClientCatch is intended to help generate draft client alerts, not legal documents. Your readers should be advised to consult a qualified attorney for advice tailored to their circumstances, as the tool’s output may not align with your readers’ particular needs or with evolving laws. Users must ensure compliance with all relevant laws in their respective jurisdictions while using ClientCatch. 

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of third-party content or other input into ClientCatch. ClientCatch uses artificial intelligence to generate its output. Like any product that uses AI to produce results, ClientCatch is prone to making errors. All output should be reviewed prior to use in order to verify its accuracy and suitability for your intended use. Neither LawCatch, Inc. nor any of its subsidiaries or products is responsible for your input, for ClientCatch’s output, or for anything that you communicate based in whole or in part on that output, including, but not limited to, any offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise harmful content that ClientCatch might generate. We reserve the right to modify ClientCatch or any of its features. You agree to submit any disputes related to ClientCatch or these disclaimers to binding arbitration applying Delaware law.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
